Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% payment for the Umrah package.
1.2. Payment: Full payment must be made 21 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.
1.3. Currency: All transactions are conducted in INR and SAR @22.80. Any currency conversion fees or fluctuations are the responsibility of the customer.
1.4. Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is at 12 NOON (Saudi time).
1.5. Room Configurations: Quad room means 2 single beds and 2 additional beds. Duo Sharing means two single beds or as per preference at the time of booking.
2. Price Validity and Reservation
2.1. Package Price Validity: The package price is valid until hotel rooms are available. Al Mukarramah Hajj & Umrah Services reserves the right to revise the package price should there be any significant changes in costs (such as exchange rates, hotel rates, transportation costs, etc.).
2.2. Reservation Amendments: Changes to reservations (dates, accommodations, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. GST and TDS Provision
3.1. Goods and Services Tax (GST): GST will be charged as per prevailing government regulations and is not included in the package price.
3.2. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS): Where applicable, TDS will be deducted as per government tax laws and regulations.
4. Airfare and Riyal Fluctuation
4.1. Airfare: Airfare costs are subject to change until ticket issuance. Any increase in airfare after booking will be borne by the customer.
4.2. Riyal Fluctuation: Package prices are subject to fluctuation in the exchange rate of the Saudi Riyal against other currencies. Al Mukarramah Hajj & Umrah Services reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
5. Travel Documents
5.1. Passports and Visas: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure passports are valid for at least six months from the date of departure. Visa will be issued 2 days prior to departure date.
5.2. Health and Insurance: This package includes travel insurance as regulated by Saudi Govt. This doesn't include Air Travel Insurance.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to Al Mukarramah Hajj & Umrah Services. The following cancellation charges apply:
- Up to 60 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost excluding ticket charges. Refund policy of Airlines applicable for ticket refunds.
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost excluding ticket charges. Refund policy of Airlines applicable for ticket refunds.
- 0-14 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost.
6.2. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days after cancellation, minus any applicable fees or charges.
7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability: Al Mukarramah Hajj & Umrah Services acts only as an intermediary between the traveler and various service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for:
- Losses, damages, accidents, delays, or expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
- Acts of terrorism, natural disasters, political unrest, or changes in government regulations.
7.2. Flight Delays or Changes: Al Mukarramah Hajj & Umrah Services is not liable for flight delays, changes in itinerary, or missed connections. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance covering such events.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an Umrah package with Al Mukarramah Hajj & Umrah Services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the traveler to review these terms periodically for updates.
